Payment and Refund Policy

4.1 Notice for Residents of Certain US States

If you reside in California and cancel the Terms of Use without penalty or obligation before midnight of the third business day following registration on the Site, we will return, within ten days of your cancellation notice, any payments you have made.

4.2 Notice for EU Residents

You request immediate performance of the Terms of Use and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the Terms are fully performed. If you cancel for any reason within 14 calendar days from registration, you are entitled to a proportionate refund for unspent drafts only.

4.3 Notice for Swiss Residents

In accordance with Swiss consumer protection laws, you may have certain rights regarding refunds and cancellations. If applicable Swiss consumer protection provisions provide additional refund rights, those provisions apply.

4.4.1 Unspent Drafts

We may, at our discretion, refund the value of unspent and unused Drafts previously paid for if:

• Mistaken Purchase: You mistakenly purchased Drafts without any intention to do so, provided the mistake relates to the Product itself.
• Account Blocked or Terminated: Your account is blocked or terminated, usually upon your request.

Refund limit: you may request a refund of unspent drafts no more than 5 times. Bonus Drafts provided for free are non-refundable in all cases.

4.4.2 Spent Drafts

We may, at our discretion, refund spent Drafts into your Member balance or return their monetary value for the following reasons:

• Fraud, identity theft, or unauthorized payments where your credit card was stolen or hacked and Drafts were bought or spent through that stolen card or hacked e-purse.
• Failure to provide services under our Terms of Use.

Each refund request is considered separately and decided under this Policy.

5.1 Timeframe for Refund Requests

You may submit a request for a Voluntary Refund within 120 calendar days after payment if payment was made with a credit/debit card. We reserve the right to decline requests submitted later.

5.2 Supporting Evidence

Every refund request should include supporting evidence of the grounds for a refund. We may also request additional information to process your request properly.

5.3 Review Period

We need at least 48 hours to review your request and contact you for clarification or resolution if necessary. If an investigation has started based on your complaint, no refund is provided until that investigation is completed.

5.4 Partial Refunds

We reserve the right to provide a partial refund at our discretion, including where your request is only partially grounded or available evidence contradicts the information provided.

5.5 Non-Response

We may reject your refund request without compensation and without the right to appeal if you do not reply to our request for additional information within seven calendar days.

5.6 No Admission of Liability

Providing a refund does not amount to an admission of any violation and does not serve as evidence of any alleged unlawful action or omission on our part.
